When is maintenance is needed ?

During every maintenance visit, we inspect your roof for damaged, loose, or missing shingles and check the decking for any signs of rot or deterioration. We make any necessary repairs to help extend the life of your roof.

We thoroughly inspect all roof penetrations, including plumbing vents, pipe jacks, and exhaust vents. We check for rusted or exposed fasteners, damaged or deteriorated pipe boots, dry-rotted rubber collars, cracked vent housings, and hairline fractures that could allow water intrusion. Any deficiencies are documented and addressed to help prevent future leaks.

After all necessary repairs are completed, we apply PL Loctite Roof & Flashing Sealant to all new fasteners, pipe jack bases, vent bases, and flashing to provide long-lasting waterproof protection. Once everything is properly sealed, we finish by applying color-matched roof paint to all repaired areas, ensuring a clean, professional appearance that blends seamlessly with your existing roof.
